70 countries where Azerbaijanis can go - COMPLETE LIST

 

Every year, the list of countries where Azerbaijanis have the opportunity to travel without a visa is expanding. Countries where Azerbaijani citizens can travel without a visa can be divided into two groups. The first group includes countries that do not require a visa for a visit, and the second group includes countries that are granted a visa upon entry. Currently, in accordance with bilateral intergovernmental agreements, the regime of visa-free travel of citizens has been applied bilaterally between the countries listed below and the Republic of Azerbaijan on the basis of the principle of reciprocity:

 

In countries such as the Russian Federation, Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, the visa period is 90 days. Our citizens can travel to these countries with their passports.

 

According to the latest agreement signed between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey, citizens of Azerbaijan can travel to Turkey with their ID cards.

 

Among the countries where we can travel without a visa is Qatar. However, the visa period here is 30 days.

 

The following are the countries where the visa-free travel regime is applied unilaterally for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a general citizen passport within the relevant period:

 

For our citizens who want to travel to Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the visa period is 90 days, Malaysia (with general citizen, diplomatic, service passport) 30 days, Hong Kong (Special administrative territory of China only with diplomatic and service passport) - 14 days, travel to Lebanon those who wish to do so are granted a visa period of 30 days with a citizen's passport, 180 days with a diplomatic passport, and 90 days with a service passport. Our citizens traveling to neighboring Iran without a visa can stay there for only 15 days.
